30-day satisfaction guarantee

At Petite&Mars, we care about ensuring your complete satisfaction with our electronic products. That is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our entire electronic product range, allowing you to return a product if it does not meet your expectations.

Currently, the guarantee applies to our electronic products — the digital baby monitors NANO 4.0 and EVE 5.0.

 

Conditions for Applying the Guarantee

To use the guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. Submit your request within 30 days of purchase
   The request to apply the guarantee must be sent no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. A proof of purchase (invoice / receipt / purchase confirmation) must be attached to the request.

2. The product must be undamaged and fully functional
   The product must be in perfect technical condition, with no mechanical damage. In cases of contamination, damage, or incomplete packaging, the guarantee cannot be accepted.

3. The customer sends the product at their own expense
   Shipping costs for returning the product are covered by the customer.

4. Refund
   Once the product is delivered, we will inspect its condition and functionality. If all guarantee conditions are met, we will refund the full amount to your bank account.

 

How to Proceed

• Contact us by e-mail at: 📧 guarantee@petiteetmars.com
• Attach the following to your e-mail: proof of purchase, your contact details, bank account number / IBAN.
• After our confirmation, we will send you instructions for returning the product, including the exact address in the Slovak Republic where the product must be shipped.
• Then send the product to the provided address at your own expense.
• After receiving and inspecting the product, the full amount will be refunded to you.

 

Important Notes

• The satisfaction guarantee is not a warranty claim. The product must be functional, undamaged, and complete.
• The guarantee applies only to electronic products marked with the 30-day satisfaction guarantee label.
• The request must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase, otherwise the right to the guarantee expires.

A Petite&Mars számára fontos, hogy elektronikus termékeinkkel maximálisan elégedett legyen. Ezért teljes elektronikus kínálatunkra 30 napos elégedettségi garanciát kínálunk, amely lehetővé teszi a termék visszaküldését, amennyiben nem felel meg az elvárásainak.

Jelenleg a garancia a következő elektronikus termékeinkre vonatkozik — a NANO 4.0 és EVE 5.0 digitális bébiőrökre.

 

A garancia igénybevételének feltételei

1. A kérelem elküldése a vásárlástól számított 30 napon belül
   A garancia érvényesítésére irányuló kérelmet legkésőbb a vásárlás dátumától számított 30 napon belül kell elküldeni. A kérelemhez csatolni kell a vásárlást igazoló bizonylatot (számla / blokk / vásárlási igazolás).
   
   
2. A termék nem lehet sérült és hibátlanul kell működnie
   A terméknek tökéletes műszaki állapotban kell lennie, mechanikai sérülés nélkül. Szennyezett, sérült vagy hiányos csomagolású termék esetén a garancia nem érvényesíthető.
   
   
3. A terméket a vásárló saját költségén küldi vissza
   A termék visszaküldésének szállítási költsége a vásárlót terheli.
   
   
4. Pénzvisszatérítés
   A termék beérkezése után ellenőrizzük annak állapotát és működését. Amennyiben a garancia minden feltétele teljesül, a teljes összeget visszatérítjük az Ön bankszámlájára.

• Lépjen kapcsolatba velünk e-mailben: 📧 guarantee@petiteetmars.com
• Az e-mailhez csatolja: a vásárlási bizonylatot, elérhetőségi adatait, bankszámlaszámát / IBAN-t.
• Visszaigazolásunk után elküldjük a termék visszaküldéséhez szükséges utasításokat, beleértve a pontos szlovákiai címet, ahová a terméket fel kell adnia.
• A terméket saját költségén küldje el a megadott címre.
• A termék megérkezését és ellenőrzését követően visszatérítjük a termék teljes vételárát.

Fontos tudnivalók

• Az elégedettségi garancia nem minősül reklamációnak. A terméknek működőképesnek, sértetlennek és teljesnek kell lennie.
• A garancia kizárólag azokra az elektronikus termékekre vonatkozik, amelyek 30 napos elégedettségi garancia címkével vannak ellátva.
• A kérelmet a vásárlástól számított 30 napon belül kell benyújtani, ellenkező esetben a garancia érvényét veszti.
